Quality Control

Quality is the core of our manufacturing process. We operate a strict quality control system covering incoming materials, in-process production, and final inspection before shipment. Key measures include: IQC: All incoming components such as relays, PCBs, capacitors, and chips are inspected and verified before entering production. IPQC: Production lines are monitored throughout assembly, soldering, and testing to detect issues in real time. FQC: Every finished module undergoes functional testing, aging tests, and appearance checks before packing. OQC: Random sampling is performed on each shipment according to AQL standards. Our products comply with CE, RoHS. We also support third-party inspection and provide test reports for customer reference.

was founded in 2023 in Shenzhen,Guangdong, China. We began as an PCB assembly workshop / switch module supplier and gradually expanded into a full-line manufacturer of smart switch modules. In 2024, we introduced our first Wi-Fi switch module series. In 2025, we upgraded our production lines and obtained certifications CE, RoHS.
